Wow, the difference is clear. The activation of vdpau has brought me a lot, additionally deactivating Vsync has improved my result significantly. Thanks Andrew for this great hint. The max frame rate achieved is based on your fps Project in the Settings-> Format. So, if your fps Project is 30 and your video is 60fps, then you will never reach 60 fps, I think.
