2018-08-27 Thread Paul Bottone

Jason,

We have been using this https://sourceforge.net/projects/ipccwallboard/
wallboard from UCCX 5 to UCCX11.6 has work flawlessly throughout each
upgrade.
It runs on a PC connected to a large screen TV in our call centre. We
don't have a server to collect data as it is used for real time only.

UnifiedFX wall board does more if you need more but what we have found
is that this one give us everything you want and is fully customizable.

We have also given it to other department to uses as well and because of
it's customization we are able to show only that departments stats and
not everyones

You would be wise to check out UnifiedFX and their WallboardFX product. Runs
on a server and if your LCD panels are smart panels you can connect directly
from the panel to the server.

Does anyone have a suggestion for a UCCX wallboard solution that does not
require a permanently logged in, 24/7 unlocked PC to push content to LCD
Monitors? Need something that will run the application as a service on the host
PC or have a player appliance that connects to the LCD and polls data from the
Wallboard server. Thanks!

[cisco-voip] 8851 transfer a call from hold

2018-08-27 Thread Reto Gassmann
Hello group

we are replacing our old 7960 phones with 8851.
Now we have users who complain, that it is no longer possible to transfer a
call from hold. They have to press the transfer button to transfer a call.
If they try to transfer a call from hold, they receive a error message like
„Call not possible, the limit for connections for this line is reached“.

Is there way to enable transfer from hold?

Thanks a lot regards
Reto
