Hello everyone,
I have a call recording environment being performed by MediaSense, but I
can not
search for calls that have been recorded for more than 30 days. All calls
are recorded in
local disk of MediaSense. Does anyone know how to rescue these files?

[cisco-voip] Voice port stay in Clearback for E1 R2-digital signalling

Hi guys,
I have a problem where my gateway can not interpret the end-of-call
signaling sent by the service provider.
In contact with the telco I was informed that at the end of the call, telco
sends a clearback message to the gateway, but the gateway can not interpret
this signaling and keeps the voice-port blocked and with time all the
channels are blocked,
remaining as workarround shutdown and no shutdown in the module e1 again.

Has anyone ever had a similar situation?

P.S: The ios update has already been performed and the problem continues.

[cisco-voip] Cisco uccx post call survey show duplicate data

I have two scripts on my uccx environment, the first is the IVR application
and the second script is the post call survey.
The problem is when agent transfering the call for post call survey script,
the custom report show me duplicated data like show below.

On second script i used session variables to get information on first
script like customer ID and phone number.
Someone have any idea about this problem?

I'm in trouble when I try to log into the CUCM via CLI and the following
message appears and then the connection is terminated
*Command Line Interface is starting up, please wait ...*
*[Fatal Error] :-1:-1: Premature end of file.*
*cannot find any commands in /usr/local/platform/conf/cliCommands.xml
Cannot start*
Has anyone had a similar problem with that?
The CUCM this in version 11.0.1.

Does anyone know if there is any problem in using translation number with
UCCX? For example, a costumer receives the last 4 digits of the operator
and translates it into your gateway to a number of 3 digits
using the  num-exp, the setting he has is as follows:

num-exp 1234 987

there is a dial-peer with destination- pattern 987 and session target
cucm_ip_address on the gateway. In uccx there is a trigger with the
number 987, however when a call is made it does not ring on the phone is
just calling.

I´m trying to use the screenpop Sample Gadget 10.5.1 in my environment but,
when receiving a call, the screen of sample gadget is blank.

My UCCX version is 10.6. I used the javascript default settings to test and
still not working. Someone had a problem like this?

Hi Tim,

Yes, I did several tests with the screenpop Sample Gadget 10.5.1. I used a
web server to store the files that use Finesse and up to this point
everything works. The problem is that when I receive a call the screenpop
not open the custom URL in javascript, the screen goes blank. The script
UCCX is correct, the variable that I use to supplement the URL is being
collected and sent to the Finesse. Someone had a similar problem with that?

I'm currently using the 10.6 version of UCCX.

Does anyone know if you can make the Finesse in the agent's screen can open
a web page? In my integration, when a call is received can do the Finesse
call a web page (screen pop), however this is done via browser. I want to
make all the information to agents only on Finesse screen in order to
optimize the work.

It is a hibrid pabx, analog and digital. Without authentication the pabx
dont accept sip invate. I belive with a CUBE the problem can be solved.

It is a fresh install. Yes, before the Finesse activation, the demo
licenses were activated , could create all CSQ structure , applications
upload prompts etc.

calls are being forwarded directly to the manager , even when the filters
on this and On the Divall is not selected. In this case , even if the
assistant is in offline calls should not be directed to the manager , right?
