Dears , Please can your give insight on how to find out "unspecifieduser" on thine CDR reports that has costed us thousands of US placing international and long distance calls ,I cant find any ext real one that he/she uses to place the calls the ext is within the dial-plan but not configured ,thus user uses it to make the calls. Hi Ryan, Is there a way to have CMR+WeBEX out of my Network permises ,coming from the internte ,I want to conduct a meeting outside my company and I want to move my MX300 in other location and connect via internet to host video confernce ,where another person joins the conference from the WebEx. Dears, I found that when Ms Lync is working fine with outlook and reflecting all the IM status OK and then you install Jabber ,the sync is disturbed ,Is that due to the fact that Jabber overwrites the linkage to MS office and conflicts with Lync? any such experiences /opinions.
