hi
Thanks ,after I have made the analysis ,the original device shown is the
ip address of Expressways (E), no IP phone nor user ID shown at all ,
on the Expressway ,with the aid of the TAC I found that somebody spoofing
our domain name & sip URI to redirect that call to him

2016-02-15 Thread Nazar Shabour
Dears,

I found that when Ms Lync is working fine with outlook and reflecting all
the IM status OK and then you install Jabber ,the sync is disturbed ,Is
that due to the fact that Jabber overwrites the linkage to MS office and
conflicts with Lync? any such experiences /opinions.

you may first start with the pub and then restart all other subs, you will

Thanks

Anyone have any thoughts as to why a subscriber server would not show
phones registered? Everything is working fine.

Just shows none, but if I force a phone to register to this server it
shows registered fine and works but then stays as Unregistered when
phone registers back to it's main server.

I've restarted the server and the RIS Data Collector service on all the
 nodes.

The database is synced and replicated fine cluster wide, and the utils
 diagnose test passes all tests.

 The version is 10.5.1.1

Any idea why call history would be missing from a few 7961 phones? These
phones were just placed about 3 weeks ago in one of our departments and
they have “no records” in Missed, Placed, Received calls. They did not
delete the data. I tested a few calls and nothing shows.
