Hi Bill, The question was in regards to the call variable layout. You are correct, in the context of Finesse layouts. Multiple Call Variables Layouts In previous releases, Finesse only supported one default Call Variables Layout. With Release 11.0(1), the Call Variables Layout gadget allows you to define up to 200 unique Call Variables Layouts (one default layout and 199 custom layouts) to display on the Finesse agent desktop. As part of this functionality: - You can use a workflow to specify the Call Variables Layout that an agent sees when they receive a call. - For a new Release 11.0(1) installation, Finesse provides a default layout. - For upgrades from an earlier release, Finesse migrates the previously configured default layout and assigns it the default name and description. Are you certain about that? I thought there was something under the Team Resource tab in Finesse Administration where you could override the default desktop layout by team? Could have sworn I've done that once or twice, but maybe I'm mistaken... I have been before, lol. I can think of three options for you: 1. Label them precisely with what data they hold (E.g., Customer Name, Account Number, etc.) and just populate what you can, and leave blank what you can't 2. Label them generically (E.g., Customer Info 1, Customer Info 2, etc.) and let the data itself provide context. I.e., Anthony Holloway is obviously a name, while 3434555678 is an Account Number. 3. Buy or build your own Finesse gadget that can take enterprise data (CallVariables) and dynamically create the layout Here's a starter gadget. Hello everyone , It looks like Uccx 10.6 does not support different layout for each team . Does anyone have any idea how to manage all variables as not all of my teams have same variable information . Uccx 11 offers it but upgrading this year is not an option for us .
