Re: [cisco-voip] Voice Dialing Misdirects
David, Here are my thoughts for what they be worth to ya ;) - Make sure the name is in the search scope (located in directory handler basics page). - Look at the voice recognition update schedule and see if you have any inactive periods. Maybe it was added and subsequently checked during an inactive period (Located in system settings > schedules)? . admittedly, a Hail Mary - Try ratcheting up the speech confidence threshold. The default should be 10 ... try something around 30 - 40 (Located in the directory handler basics page). - Bounce the voice recognition transport services (Located in Unity Connection Serviceability > Service Management) Hope this helps, = Ryan = Email: ryanh...@outlook.com Spark: ryanh...@outlook.com Twitter: @ryanthomashuff LinkedIn: ryanthomashuff From: cisco-voip <cisco-voip-boun...@puck.nether.net> on behalf of David Zhars <dzh...@gmail.com> Sent: Monday, June 6, 2016 4:38 PM To: Bill Talley Cc: cisco-voip@puck.nether.net Subject: Re: [cisco-voip] Voice Dialing Misdirects Correct, it is. Does either user have any alternate names configured under their user in Unity Connection? [cisco-voip] Voice Dialing Misdirects
We have a greeting when people call the main number, and if you press 9, you can speak the name of the person you want to connect to. This oddity is happening: I speak "John Smith" who is extension 1305, and the system waits, then says "transferring to Jane Doe" who is extension 1306. I can't seem to figure out where this is off...
