Follow up. got the SOAP thing working, but this is a rebuild of the SUB. Anything I have to do with a SUB rebuild? I'm wondering if I'm only getting PUB CDR's. Repository Manager service logs should also show the attempted FTP connections. Nothing I am aware of. I would verify the CDR Flag Enable is enabled on ALL nodes.
