·  SSIS a nice-to-have. 

·  The candidate needs to be able to get around in packages created in SSIS
and understand them. 

·  Other databases which would be desirable. 

·  Teradata, Oracle and MS Access. 

·  Experience with relational databases and knowledge of query tools and
statistical software is required. 

·  Ability to manipulate large sets of data is also required. 

·  Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills. 

·  This job is focused on complex and varied metrics, making
recommendations and providing assistance to staff as compared to the
Business Information Analyst II job.

·  At least 4 years data analyst work experience.

Position: Senior Technical Oracle Order to cash consultant
Location: NJ
Duration: 4+ months

Role Description
Perform the detailed technical design of application and technical
architecture components.  Document the application to facilitate on-going
support and future release development.
Work with other team members to ensure that the configuration and custom
components meet application requirements and performance goals.
Configure, build, and test the application enhancements.
Develop common test data.
Follow good design  coding practices to ensure application quality.
Participate in code, unit test plan, and other quality reviews.
Inform the Development Lead of any issues that may affect any other areas
of the project.
Support application testing.  Fix any defects and performance problems
discovered in testing.
Required Skills
Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (11.5.10 + preferred),
Order-To-Cash including Order Management, Oracle Receivables, and Advanced
Pricing modules.
Custom development experience (technical design and development) with
Oracle 11i.  Adherence to Oracle Development Standards and best practices.
Experience in relational database design and development.  Experience with
Oracle Trading Community Architecture (TCA).
Strong technical skills including SQL and PL/SQL.
Strong hands on experience with Oracle Developer (Forms  Reports),
Query/View and report design and writing using PL SQL.
Oracle Workflow (version 2.6 +) knowledge.
Experience in leading design and code review sessions.
Experience with change control and versioning.
Ability to translate and document functional requirements into technical
designs.
Understands limitations of the Oracle system with respect to security,
performance, customization, etc.
Ability to implement code and document a unit test plan based on technical
design specifications.
Ability to work independently with minimal assistance.
Strong problem solving skills: able to logically break down a problem into
smaller manageable parts to solve.
Ability to communicate and collaborate with business analysts to translate
functional design into workable and maintainable technical designs.
Strong communication (verbal  written) skills.
