*Job description:*





*Responsibilities:*



· Deliver solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the
Salesforce platform



· Design and architect online applications that leverage the
Force.com  development platform



· Lead the configuration of the modules built on the Salesforce
platform



· Assess business requirements, translate them into solutions
(potentially on Salesforce platform) and lead the definition and
communication of technical scope



· Conduct discovery sessions to validate and facilitate business
requirements and drive platform and technology choices and own the IT
specifications, timelines and solution approach



· Capture business processes in automation solutions using the
Salesforce platform and the Force.com  development
architecture



· Maintain technical documentation. Create and lead solution design
documents, integrations designs, configuration information, developed API
and other interface documentations, etc.



· Drive continuous improvement of implemented solutions. Simplify
and modernize solutions and services by planning standardized interfaces,
removing redundancies, improving efficiencies, sharing feature /
functionality context across multiple business lines, solutions and
business needs



· Work with speed and urgency in an Agile environment, using Agile
methodologies with a goal of defining canonical solution models that
maximize reuse and ensure team velocity



*Requirements*



Required Qualifications:



· Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or 5+ years
of equivalent experience



·  *3+ years of experience withSalesforce.com
 or very similar experience with at least 1+ years
of experience developing on / administering a large Salesforce.com
 instance*



· Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com
: Sales Cloud, Exact Target Cloud, Community Cloud



· Demonstrate technical expertise in Salesforce technology (
Apex,VF, Webservice API ,Data Loader, Data)



· Demonstrated experience withForce.com  development
platform



*· Experience leading larger complex solution projects*



· Demonstrated experience in the design, configuration, testing and
deployment ofSalesforce.com  functionality



· Demonstrated experience ofSalesforce.com
 administration
and end user security requirements



· Experience with large scale system implementation, integration,
interfaces and data conversion



· Experience in using efficient methodologies (e.g. Agile) and
driving development platforms



· Proven experience in bridging the needs and pace across business
and IT teams



· Must be flexible to work with global teams and stakeholders
across time zones

Ability to create custom fields and objects.

Create Pipeline reports and Excel based dashboards that link to SF.

Implement 3rd party applications that will help serve as a Resource
Management tool, Contract Management tool, and help streamline client
invoicing.

Some BA will be required as we would like recommendations on best practices
to manage and track data as well as suggestions on additional applications
to implement.”

support their Resource Management, Contract Management and streamline
client invoicing.

finance industry, going through a digital transformation. Has a client that
is revamping their network.

Salesforce they want to track opportunities, revenue, new opps, within one
platform.

Right now InRhythm has the Enterprise Edition of SalesForce. Want it to be
their main platform. Strategic partner to come in and build out platform.
customizations on page layouts, dashboard reports, help researching and
finding the best tools to implement.

90% Technical 10% BA.

Looking for extensive technical experience with SalesForce-mid level to
senior level

Financial Force is a plus, any program from the app exchange would be fine

Independent role, collaborating with senior management for guidance and
support

Apex Coding visual force page design

UAT

Should have experience implementing SF application
