Duration/End Date- 7/31/17 Interview Process: Phone, onsite for local candidates Location: *Auburn Hills, MI* *Requirements-* Citrix Engineer that can hit the ground running. Minimum of 5 years of experience. *Responsibilities-* · Citrix Farm monitoring, incident management, user and inter-department communication, and AD policy facilitation · Analyze and resolve Citrix incidents on 4.5 and 6.5 XenApp Farms, perform Farm Health checks and configure workstations printing capabilities for Banking Centers. · Provide end user support and facilitate policy management. · Identify and mitigate issues that would lead to unplanned production outages. · Support activities include, but are not limited to Citrix management, file system maintenance, disk space management, technical support, license monitoring, Citrix patch management and Citrix console utilization. Furthermore, publish applications and perform analyses to validate reliable performance.
