*Job description:*



• Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide
ongoing reports.
• Assist the team with refining data collection systems, data analytics and
other strategies that optimize data/process/programmatic efficiency and
quality.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
• Filter and "clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and
performance indicators to locate and correct code problems.
• Work with the team to prioritize business and information needs.
• Help the team locate/find and define new process improvement
opportunities.
• Actually use the phone and online system to deliver specific products,
whether for state or national office.

*Working experience as a data Analyst:*



• Technical expertise regarding *data models*, *database design development*,
*data mining* and *segmentation techniques*

• Strong knowledge of and experience w/ reporting packets (*report writer*),
databases (*sql*), programming like *javascript* may be helpful

• Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for
analyzing datasets (excel, spss or sas)

• Strong analytical skills w/ the ability to collect, organize, analyze,
and disseminate signification amount of data/information with great
attention to detail and accuracy.

• Skillful at *queries*, *report writing* and presenting findings

• Knowledge of *Convio* and/or similar systems for online communication

• Knowledge of phone platforms and how to utilize them for advocacy
communication
