*Business Systems Analyst with experience supporting Kronos Workforce Solutions* Location: Wichita KS (OR) Atlanta GA Length: 6 Months + Mode of hire: Contract *Job Description* Business Systems Analyst working with Kronos support team on multiple small to medium sized projects. Projects could include enhancement efforts as well as implementations for Kronos modules such as accrual, timekeeping and attendance. A BSA on the Kronos team will partner with customers on projects by performing requirements gathering sessions, business process analysis and system configuration. Resource will be responsible for executing project deliverables within scope, project timeline and project cost. A successful candidate for this role would have deep knowledge of Kronos configuration for WFC, WFA, Leave, Process Manager and how to set up Attendance Policies, profiles, events and patterns. As a member of the Kronos team, the BSA would contribute to the on-call support rotation and work support tickets when needed. *Required Work Experience/Skills* · 6-8 years experience supporting Kronos Workforce Solutions. · Configuration experience in Kronos Attendance module. · Create and maintain Terminals in Kronos Device Manager · Knowledge of business payroll/timekeeping practices in a distributed environment · Strong customer focus skills to work with users on defining needs, addressing issues and answering questions · Strong prioritization and organizational skills, including the ability to maintain several concurrent projects while providing realistic delivery dates and managing customer expectations. · Strong ownership and accountability skills · Strong initiative and self-starter to work on projects with limited management oversight · Experience leading small to medium projects in a team environment · Experience developing test plans and scenarios · Strong conceptual, analytical critical thinking and problem solving ability · Proven experience working with complex systems and the solution development lifecycle · Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. · Experience authoring detailed business requirements documents · Look for optimization of business processes · Be forward-thinking and identify gaps of requests customers want today and how that may impact future decisions · Connect customer to impacts of decisions - Don’t be an order-taker, help them find the best solution *Required Education* Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or related field. -- *Thanks,* *Naresh Kumar .
