*SUMMARY:*



Seeking a contractor who has extensive and practical experience with
Federation / SAML. Has experience in the maintenance, and testing of
software programs and solutions supporting the Information Security program.



*MAJOR DUTIES INCLUDE:*



· General support of security systems and applications to maintain
the availability standard and protect from any outage, performance
degradation and vulnerabilities



· Assisting the Implementation of application patches and upgrades;
developing quality deliverables including configuration, unit testing, and
support documentation;



· Determining operational feasibility by evaluating, analyzing,
problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposing
solutions.



· Collaborating with Security Architecture organization as needed.



· Reviewing documentation, processes or procedures, and recommends
where automation or improvements can be implemented



· Operating independently; has in-depth knowledge of business
unit/function; Accomplishes engineering and organization mission by
completing related results as needed.



· As subject area expert, provides comprehensive, in-depth
consulting and leadership to team and partners



*KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:*



· Minimum 5 years IT experience with at least three of those years
focused on Information Technology



*SECURITY:*



· An In-depth understanding of information security, network
management, operating systems, software development, database systems and
information technology is beneficial



· Practical experience with the following principles: Federation,
SAML



· Excellent oral and written communication skills are required -
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills are required



· Must be highly flexible and adaptable to change OPERATING
SYSTEMS: MS Server, UNIX APPLICATIONS: - Ping Identity - MS Office
experience (including Word and Excel) at the intermediate level



· Service-Now experience beneficial



*EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:*



A College or University degree and/or relevant proven work experience is
required. Industry certification such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Cisco, SANS,
etc. is beneficial but not required.

*Reduce risk to the organization through the execution of IT Security
controls*

· *Scripting and automation of security processes.*

· *Develop the Bank’s threat intelligence program – aggregate data
from several feeds, alerts, analyze and disseminate intelligence to
stakeholders. *

· *Administer vulnerability management processes to identify, track
and reduce risk. *

· *Execute and report on email based phishing tests.*

· *Analyze and respond to network or system alerts relating to
security and operations (anti-virus, network IDS, event logs, system
availability, etc). *

· *Perform forensics including disk imaging and timeline analysis.*

· *Knowledge or experience in Agile/Scrum work methodologies.*

· *MS Office product (notably Outlook, Word and Excel)*

· *Requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Linux
platforms.*

· *Power Shell or other scripting languages.*

· *Firewall and IDS administration.*

· *Incident response and forensics tools.*

· *Experience requirements *

· *3-5 years of security or technology experience.*

· *6-8 years of experience necessary without a degree.*

· *Threat Intelligence, Incident Response or Vulnerability
Management experience is preferred.*

· *Automation using PowerShell or other scripting languages is
preferred.*

· *4 year college degree in information technology or equivalent
experience.*

· *Certifications related to Information Security are highly
preferred (CISSP, SANS GSEC, etc.)*

· *Knowlegde, Skills, ablilties, and behaviors required*

· *Must have good communication (verbal, written, and listening)
skills.*

· *Advanced knowledge of IT security controls.*

· *Understanding of how vulnerabilities can impact enterprise
technology systems and create risk to the organization.*

· *Will require the ability to be a self-starter and to work
independently as well as in a team setting.*
