Thanks.!!! *JobTitle:1168717: Agile Scrum Coach* *Location: Eagan, MN* *Duration: 12 months* *Description:* The client seeks a certified ScumMaster/Agile Coach to work with Technical Delivery Teams, Product Managers/Owners, Scrum Masters, QA, and PMO to assist with ongoing deployment of Agile development practices across the organization. Will deliver training, coaching, and written documentation on Agile practices, tools, and techniques. In addition, will be responsible for constant review of performance indicators and metrics. Note: Resource must be located in Eagn MN for in-person interview and available to work onsite at client facility in Eagan, MN. No remote work. *Required Skills:* • Certified scrum master/scrum practitioner with an interest or experience in Continuous Integration techniques. • Perform initial Agile team assessments and recommend and assist with the implementation of Agile team structure. • Provide guidance for the project team and key stakeholders in the definition of the Project Vision, Goals, and Objectives. • Identify need and provide as necessary structured and ad-hoc training in Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Product Ownership, and Program Management. • Facilitate and assist in the definition of project scope, including the creation of User Stories with Acceptance Criteria, Product Backlogs, Defect Backlogs, Release Plans, Backlog Prioritization, as well as identifying key dependencies and risks. • Coach, mentor, and support other Scrum Masters that will be assigned to the project in iterative product development, including following the Scrum Framework, communicating effectively, managing conflict amongst team members, identifying and removing impediments, and applying self-organization and shared leadership with the team. • Support the project Agile teams in tracking Agile projects milestones and deliverables. • Pro-actively identify changes in project scope and potential crises, and assist the project team to devise contingency plans. • Liaise with project stakeholders including HR Product Owners, Portfolio, Program Managers to help coordinate Agile across the large IHRS Program • Facilitate safe practices in collaboration with the IT Portfolio, Product Owners and Release Train Engineer as it pertains to the Agile teams • Facilitate Scrum of Scrum ceremonies for example Standup meetings, Retrospectives, planning sessions, etc. • Recommend and implement the use of Agile metrics to provide feedback and monitor trends on productivity, quality, predictability, and value of Agile activities. • Work with Agile teams to set up and use VersionOne for Agile projects as backlogs are created and releases/sprints are performed. Preferred Skills: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field • Able to adhere to client development standards and SOX compliance • Ability to communicate to a wide variety of audiences, both business and technical • Ability to work independently with minimal direction *Additional Provisions* • Pass both a client mandated clearance process to include drug screening, criminal history check and credit check. • Once candidate’s resume is approved and interview passed, the agency is responsible for providing drug screening. Failure to submit the drug screening results will delay the security clearance process. • If a candidate is given an interim clearance, continuation of employment is then based on the candidate receiving a sensitive clearance. • All candidates must be a US Citizen, have permanent residence status(Green Card), or H1B-Visa. • Cannot have more than 6 months travel outside the United States within the last five years.
