1. Able to coordinate with Client and discuss any open requirements

2. Coordinate with Offshore team and assign daily deliverables for project
execution

3. Able to do Hands-on on mainframe batch execution and provide results to

VSAM, TSO, ISPF, CICS, QA Testing*

*• Good experience in Databases which includes DB2 and IMS DB/DC.*

*• Hand on experience in Batch QA Testing, Online Testing and Manual
testing*

*• Good in test case designing, identifying test data needs and set up,
testing techniques and test optimization methods*

*• Hand on experience in HP ALM tool for writing test cases, Executing,
updating results, defect handling, RTM*

*• Ability in handling Systems, Integration, Functional, User-Acceptance
