This consultant will support the internal business resources. Our client is engaged in an upgrade from PeopleSoft 9.0 to 9.1; however they have never used the AWE functionality and built their own workflow engine with custom workflow that doesn’t take advantage of the workflow features in PeopleSoft 9.0 Time & Labor. Our client is interested in a strong Time & Labor expert who understands the technical aspects of Time & Labor and how to configure and implement AWE. The key to the success of this individual will be their knowledge of Time & Labor and how to configure and use, and how to effectively use AWE with strong technical skills and knowledge to act as the key liaison between the business and the IT team. In this role the successful candidate will support the IT business analyst by reviewing current custom workflow and understanding the customer’s existing business processes and system functionality, analyzing how to configure and develop the business needs into the upgrade and how to utilize the PS 9.1 Time & Labor and AWE to best support developing the requirements and retiring the custom built workflow. Key responsibilities include: • Review current custom application and current 9.0 Time & Labor • Developing technical solutions – PeopleSoft configuration and development, documentation, testing • Problem solving – troubleshooting and analyzing processes • Coaching/Mentoring & Training IT • Upgrade of Time & Labor to 9.1 and implement PS 9.1 delivered AWE Candidates should have at least 2 full life cycles with hands-on configuration experience in multiple module Time & Labor.
