Responsibilities include: Act as a liaison between client and stakeholders, using strong communication skills to elicit, document, analyze and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements to solve common and complex business issues. Formulate and define project requirements based on user needs, knowledge of industry and information technology. Exercise independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to research, identify and select a solution. Effectively manages client’s expectations. Develop and execute detailed test plans, including documenting test results. Develop user manual documentation. Provide time / resource estimates for assigned tasks/projects. Support requirements management and change management processes, proactively identifying and managing changes to the requirements and identifying risks. Support various aspects of the business cycle, including assessments and implementations.
