Hands-on experience on UNIX/Perl/SQL c. Experience on L1, L2 support and ability to debug applications (in SQL, PERL, PYTHON) d. Must have experience working on timed SLA’s with proven commitment and timeliness e. Strong analytical skills and Ability to learn quickly on the job Good to have f.
