and experience designing applications leveraging these trends
Demonstrated proficiency in developing complex, enterprise-level mobile,
and web applications with Bootstrap, Foundation, or other adaptive web
frameworks
Understanding of user-centered design and human computer interaction
methodologies
Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills to handle
multiple diverse projects simultaneously
Minimum of 3-5 years software development experience with Full Stack
experience in OO or functional programming frameworks
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field or an equivalent
combination of education and experience
The demonstrated ability to learn and acquire new technologies as needed
Proficient with the following:
Spray and Play frameworks
Refactoring
Developing multi-tier applications
Object-Oriented methodologies
High level GO4 design patterns (above and beyond J2EE patterns)
Spring framework
Amazon Web Services
Hibernate
*Desired Skills and Experience: *
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with Test Driven Development
Experience with Maven
Experience with SVN
Experience with Web Services
Experience with Scala
Experience in agriculture and/or biotechnology
Exposure to, or experience working in, an Agile development and continuous
integration environment
Master’s degree in computer science or a related field
