Description: Key Technical Skills Required - ------------------------------ The Telepresence Analyst is accountable for assisting in design, reviewing video requirements, development of standards, and securing Beckman’s Telepresence infrastructure including but not limited to wireless, network perimeter, client remote access solutions, data center, WAN/LAN environments and internet platforms. The incumbent will assist and resolve day-to-day issues and maintain the enterprise SLA/OLA for Telepresence Network support. •Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing and implementing Video, WAN/LAN, Wireless and Internetworking, preferably in a large global enterprise environment. •Hands on technical and relationship experience with vendors such as Polycom, Tandberg Aruba, Cisco, etc. •Excellent written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated documentation skills. •Experience with Lotus Notes, Remedy and SharePoint desired. •System based training of the Polycom infrastructure will be provided.
