Description:
Key Technical Skills Required -
------------------------------
The Telepresence Analyst is accountable for assisting in design, reviewing
video requirements, development of standards, and securing Beckman’s
Telepresence infrastructure including but not limited to wireless, network
perimeter, client remote access solutions, data center, WAN/LAN environments
and internet platforms.

The incumbent will assist and resolve day-to-day issues and maintain the
enterprise SLA/OLA for Telepresence Network support.

•Minimum of 5 years’ experience developing and implementing Video, WAN/LAN,
Wireless and Internetworking, preferably in a large global enterprise
environment.
•Hands on technical and relationship experience with vendors such as
Polycom, Tandberg Aruba, Cisco, etc.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills including demonstrated
documentation skills.
•Experience with Lotus Notes, Remedy and SharePoint desired.
•System based training of the Polycom infrastructure will be provided.

Description of Duties : -
-----------------------
•Liaison between internal and 3rd party customers implementing video
conference calls using standards, procedures and strategy.
•Troubleshoot and monitor video conference infrastructure and video
conferencing calls.
•Liaison between vendor, network team, service desk and customer.
•Hands-on technical support for internal and external customers.
•Manage all video endpoints, Telepresence infrastructure including
gatekeeper Polycom CMA, VBP firewall router and RMX 4000 Multipoint
Conferencing Bridge.
•Maintain standards, stability of all Telepresence infrastructure software
upgrades and patches.
•Manage and provision video desktop deployment, approval process, AD account
activation and video traffic awareness.
•Manage and maintain weekly system backups of CMA, RMX and Telepresence
endpoint devices.
•Reporting and tracking of monthly video conference call report metrics.
•Manage Video Conference set up and produce screen layout in the four
Immersive Theater Rooms.
•Scheduling Role will approve and track video conference schedules for
Immersive Theater Rooms.
•Document video design specifications procedures and policy creation that
adhere to the Enterprise Technology Office Roadmap.
