*   Ability to create and/or develop within BPM based applications
based on business requirements. •Review coding done to advance
application upgrade, extension, or other development. Analyze application
for data integrity issues. •Ability to mentor less experienced
technical staff; may use high end development tools to assist or facilitate
development process. •Has a clear understanding of BPM’s v 8.5.x
Frameworks and their offerings (standard and advanced). •Ability to
assist with troubleshooting and debugging of complex Systems: must be able
to clearly identify root causes of production level architecture issues and
make practical suggestions with proof-based technical reasoning Technical
Details •BPD creation/architecture within Process Designer •
 BPMN Process fluency (able to create work flows) •Able to execute
SQL quires and design •IBM BPM admin console expertise •
 Understanding of SOAP and REST communication technologies •
 Debugging code in Process Designer*
