Know WEBI and how to use BI Launchpad. 2. Understand BEx tools. 3. Understand BEx queries and how to write/modify them. 4. Understand how to research to understand an existing WEBI report on your own or with the help of a tester. 5. Understand how to research to provide information and examples to BW on backend changes needed. 6. Be available during working hours to work with testers (EU and NA). *From a BW perspective:* 1. Monitor process chains and loading. 2. Be available as needed for questions and support. Role provides advice and support for key client issues, using technology, data services and change management effectiveness skills to provide you with the best solution.
