*Skills Required and Job Description:*

*MOI-Online test+Telephonic*

• Develop tools and automation for enterprise class mobile and web
applications
• Create integration and unit tests for mobile, desktop, and web services.
• Create test plans that can be executed by peers
• Perform exploratory testing to support the overall quality efforts of the
team
• Resolve technical problems and provide engineering support to assess
customer needs and solve field issues.
• Conduct technical presentations/demonstrations as necessary.
• Participate in source code control and software release activities
• Perform other duties as required.
• Experienced with Microsoft C#, .NET, Coded UI, Selenium, and Unit Testing
• Familiar with REST, JSON, and IIS
• Familiar with SQL databases, queries, and schema creation
• Familiar with HTML, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
• Solid understanding of unit and integration testing techniques and methods
• Familiar with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective time management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure a plus

*Skills Required and Job Description:*

* MOI Telephonic + Face to Face*
* NEED USC GC EAD-GC ONLY *

Responsibilities Include:
•Analyze Product and Customer requirements and design effective test cases
to meet those.
•Work closely with team members and with other teams to ensure quick
resolution of Customer reported issues.
•Write, review and implement test plans and test cases (both manual and
automated).
•Take ownership of certain product module QA effort and perform the
required testing for all software modification
•Work with Operations team to resolve production issues as needed.
•Document all Test artifacts including Test Cases, Test Plans in the Test
Case Management System

•5+ years prior experience in Software QA,
 •Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience acceptable.
 •Very strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analysis skills.
 •Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle:
Specification/Design/Implementation/Testing/Release.
 •Experience with and understanding of databases (Oracle, SQL).
 •Familiarity with Unix or Linux and Windows operating systems Must be
comfortable using standard UNIX utilities to do testing and identify issues.
 •Strong working knowledge of software build and release management
processes such as maintaining QA environment would be a plus.
 •Self-motivated, quick learner and creative problem solver, organized, and
responsible team player
 •Experience with sonic MQ, JMS Test Client would be a plus
 •Experience with Web Services testing and FIX integration testing would be
a plus
 •Experience with automation tools (QTP preferable) and/or experience with
Java or Perl programming would be a Plus.

* Qualifications:*

   - Minimum of a BS preferably in Computer Sciences, Engineering, Math, or
   related field experience.
   - 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience including expertise
   in the use of automation using tools like Selenium and QTP
   - Hands on experience building and executing complex SQL queries for
   testing purposes including automation of back end database testing
   - Experience with tools like Quality Center, Jira, Rally, Daptiv, etc.
   - Hands on experience with SCRUM Agile, Waterfall and hybrid testing
   methodologies
   - Proven ability to scale testing approaches to meet demand.
   - Experience testing mobile apps is a plus
