• Coordination of Quality Assurance offshore / onshore team efforts for the
assigned initiative
• Work concurrently on several projects, each with specific instructions
that may differ from project to project
• Working knowledge of Automation tools.
• Ensure that quality processes are carried out through all phases of the
Software Development Lifecycle
• Work with business partners, systems analyst, designers and programmers
to create/analyze required project documents and ensures that quality
assurance processes are incorporated
• Participate in analysis and design walkthroughs, as well as project
meetings



*Requirements *
• Post graduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent
experience
• 7+ years of Quality Assurance/Testing experience
• 7+ years of relational database experience
• 3+ years of Automation Tool experience
• Quality Assurance Team Leadership experience
• Experience with Quality Assurance testing tools
• Have worked/led QA in an Agile project
• Understanding of all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle

*Summary*: Looking for a Test Lead with Brokerage project experience. The
Premium Wealth Tools project will deliver a 3rd party industry parity
platform to support model trading and rebalance management for a Financial
Advisor-driven discretionary managed product.

*IDEAL CANDIDATE*: Articulate / good communicator, exhibits leadership.
Someone who worked on a project in which they executed Trades and
particularly with a 3rd party trading tool will rise to the top.

*Required:*
- Must have experience in leading a large multi-vendor or multiple release
(iterations) projects as well as trading and/or block trading processes or
tools
- Experience with creating a Test Plan which includes defining the test
approach
- Experience with leading a team of Business Analysts, Technology and 3rd
party vendors, to create a task plan to meet the Test Start date, plus
ongoing tracking
- Experience with producing test status reports, managing open issues and
status through fix, retest, pass/fail, and facilitating test issue
discussions
- Previous Test Lead experience for brokerage project involving 3rd party
trading
- Test Lead experience on a project with agile releases involving
repeatable regression testing, in addition to testing of new code
- Strong leadership skills to lead a team of 3 – 4 BAs through Test
Planning, Test preparation, execution and reporting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work with several firms
with different readiness levels to plan test cycles, timing, etc.
- Strong analytical, quantitative  problem solving skills
- In depth knowledge of business operations and processes with the ability
to articulate these processes to others.
- Experience with creating a Test Plan which includes defining the test
approach
- Experience with leading a team of Business Analysts, Technology and 3rd
party vendors, to create a task plan to meet the Test Start date, plus
ongoing tracking
- Experience with producing test status reports, managing open issues and
status through fix, retest, pass/fail, and facilitating test issue
discussions
- Experience with different project methodologies and project life cycles.
- Understand and apply technology as it relates to the business
- Effective written communication skills to deliver articulate and
concisely summarize information.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Competency in Microsoft Office suite
- Project related experience with interactive marketing/web applications
- Working knowledge with the following applications: MS Visio and HP
