So cool! The graphs look fine and smooth.

It seems the characters printed vertically (like on the y-axis) seems
rotated the wrong way.

 Alas, the process is too memory hungry to process (on my machine) the 226MB 
 log file 
 generated for Classpath CVS.

If you use Kaffe it has some support for tracking memory issues through
JVMPI. See http://gnu.wildebeest.org/diary/index.php?p=104

The changes to StatCVS were minimal, I'll write up the details shortly 
so that others can reproduce this.
