whenever files "disappear" on clementine, check in various artists, the 
searchbar will also find "missing" files
It's good to check files for meta data quality with a tag editor 
[clementine, ez-tag] before dropping the files in your music folder

For the record, I removed the stable version and cloned the git repo and 
manually compiled.  Everything works great there, so it must just be the 
old stable being incompatible.  Hopefully we get a stable build sometime 
soon for the Ubuntu store.  :)
