2015-10-16 Thread Anton Kozhin
I try next code in clojurescript version 1.7.122

(def x)
(alter-meta! (var x) assoc :meta-test "test")
(println (= (-> x meta :meta-test) "test"))
=>false

Thanks,

Anton

Okay, when I have a bit more time, I'll dig into this and post back...

[ClojureScript] ANN: re-frame 0.5.0-alpha1 - testing needed

2015-10-16 Thread Daniel Compton
Hi folks

re-frame  0.5.0-alpha1 has been released
. There are
three main improvements in this release:

   - Dynamic subscriptions. #108
   - Use yield instead of (core.async/timeout 0) to speed up event
   handling. #121
   - Improving logging output

Checkout the release notes
 for more
detail.

If you are using re-frame, test it out in your apps and let us know how it
goes (either good or bad), or post your findings at
https://github.com/Day8/re-frame/issues/125.

If you're not using re-frame, I highly recommend it :) It's a
pattern/framework around Reagent, designed to give you a flexible structure
to build small and large browser based applications. It has a great README
and documentation to help you get started.

Thanks!
