[CMake] CTest patch

Hi,

I made few changes to CTest concerning SVN support. I added support for the
french SVN output so that it can handles revision number, automatic updates
and etc. I also changed some routine that I think were defectives. Please
leave me your comments/suggestions and test the english version so I didn't
break anything.

Is the output dependent on the locale? If yes, wouldn't is make more sense to 
run svn in an English locale instead of adding countless languages?
