If the rot is a small area you may be able to use a product like Git Rot to deeply penetrate the plywood but then you have to epoxy the outside near the tabbing then re-attach the tabbing. If it's a big area you need to remove the bulkhead and replace it. I have never seen more than a two inch wide rot area. Is it worse than that? I have had success repairing a small area at the bottom of that bulkhead in a C&C 36 anyway and it doesn't cost much or take long to try it. Len
