Stus-List Email subject and trimming

Please, please change the subject line to reflect on the email itself.

When you see “Suspicious Message 1 – Suspicious Message 2” people are going to 
be very cautious opening the email.

I have to keep reminding people to trim the messages.  This is really important 
when you are replying to something in a digest email.  There is no need to keep 
sending and archiving the digest.

Just your friendly monthly nag to tell you not to leave "Stus-List
CnC-List Digest, Vol 1XX, Issue 1XX".  It does not reflect on the subject
of the email and chances are people will just delete it.

On the same subject, please trim your messages so that the previous
garbage is removed.  There is no reason to have 6 email footers in the
same message.  Your message is going to be archived and that costs money.
