improved. I doubt you would do well even if you got her for free.
Speaking of boat values, pretty much any older boat now is a “falling knife” 
investment. If anyone does still want old boats, no reason to get a half or

It means that if you grab it, you're going to get cut. Or, in the case of a 
stock, you buy it as it's going down, and then it goes bankrupt. I know all 
about it. I suppose in the case of a boat, it's one that is so far gone that 
you will invest more money and time than you will ever get out of it.

I know the boat. It was docked next to ours at our friends house/marina on Mill 
Creek when we kept “Ronin" in Annapolis. Joe is correct. Never used or cared 
for. I would on occasionally pull debris out of the cockpit drains to keep the 
water level from overflowing the hatch boards…

I looked at a Landfall near there several years ago that had deck leaks, bad 
cracks around the ports (wet core freezing???), and diesel in the bilge. If 
this boat is that one, they are asking too much.
