Lotta sheet metal screws right there. I would imagine butyl tape when reinstalling? Good project for when she's under the Fairclough cover. Gotta fix a Bomar hatch hinge as well. Good suggestion by Jim Watts. I replaced my traveler with one from Harken. I kept the aluminum channel, and replaced the Schaeffer track with a Harken high profile track. I never did mine, but thought about it. I think you need to remove the traveler to remove the sprayhood, Then it should be exposed. OR, mine was held in with a screw at the forward end of the plexi. Cut the screw and remove the old one, and don't put a screw in the new one.
