I just had to answer your just gotta answer. LOL

I used Home Depot FRP sheets to replace the original headliner panels that were
made of vinyl covered plywood. They were in deplorable shape from water
damage. After re-bedding everything and painting the headliner with Interlux
Blue Glo white paint
I secured the FRP panels with 4200, no screws. They have been there for over 4
years. Gone through a few freeze/thaw cycles up here in the great white north.
Also they withstood a trip to the Bahamas and back and I don't think there is
anything worse than Florida's humidity.

In my biased opinion my headliner looks great and the salon is a lot brighter.

Joe,

McMaster-Carr. I order materials from both Jamestown Distributers and M/Carr
and one thing is for certain, the order from Mc-Master Carr will be at your

Given the quality of the material and the time savings it isn’t worth it for me
to even consider laying up sheet FRP.

Joe - not so hard to make your own. You could layout on any flat surface using
waxed paper as a release liner. See blog link below

I just gotta answer this one. Years ago I had a guy ask me to install this
sheeting inside his boat. He wanted it all along the inside of the hull.
I asked him why he wanted his cabin to look like a bathroom at Waffle
House. He never called me back.

I've used this sheet to surface the top of a berth flat (i.e. under the
cushion.) Adhesives don't work really well with it. I had better luck
with Formica equivalents.

McMaster Carr prices are better. Do your own research.
