[cobirds] Congrats to Luke Pheneger for finding a First State Record today...in Nebraska.

Luke and I set out to bird in and around the Pawnee National Grassland this
morning. One of our main targets was Sharp-tailed Grouse, and we found a
total of four: one fly-over and a group of three just south of the Nebraska
state line.

A few minutes later, while we were still in Colorful Colorado, Luke spotted
three birds that turned out to be Western Bluebirds. Luke noted that the
birds were technically in Nebraska, and decided to create a new eBird list,
then had the presence of mind to check on the status of Western Bluebird in
Nebraska. With just a few clicks and swipes on his phone, he determined
that this sighting might in fact be a first for the state of Nebraska.

Congrats to Luke!
