Hi,    I was elated to finally see a good mix of shorebirds locally. At
Lagerman Reservoir early on I had 23 Spotted Sandpiper, 2 Wilson's
Phalarope, and 6 American Avocet. A few minutes later, on Clover Basin's
muddy edge a found a single Semipalmated Plover, a Baird's Sandpiper, 17
Semipalmated Sandpiper, a Lesser Yellowlegs, 3 Spotted Sandpiper, 2
Killdeer, and Solitary Sandpiper. One very content former east coast
mudflats birder here in Longmont,          Carl Starace,   Longmont, Co
