We don't have any control over this list or any of the others on lists.apple.com <http://lists.apple.com/>. They're run by Apple, and I think they've either forgotten about the listserv, or they just leave it running to avoid pissing off the developers still using these lists. I created the groups.io <http://groups.io/> lists a few years ago, after Apple shut down their xcode list, and advertised them here.
