Gavin,
Apologies for not replying sooner.
We don't have our ILLiad request function set up as a GES that can be
edited via the GES configuration menu. It may take me a bit to unravel how
we set it up.  If you'd like we can talk on the phone about what we have
set up.

shot of where you see the ILLiad link? There may be more than one place to

This sounds like it should be an OpenURL configuration issue? Primo/Alma
uses OpenURL, which takes away the need for a log in.
