   I find that EXTRACT_VALUE function would return the numeric value in some 
Scene.
   
   I don't know whether it is appropriate to divide it into a String type 
function. I saw that it was divided into numeric function before.

   the spark map function has 2 different points with calcite map constructor:
   1. use map(k, v, ...) rather than map[k, v, ...]
   2. allows empty map such as map(); however calcite map constructor not 
support it.
