I see there is CompactionMetrics.completedTasks, as well as
CompactionManagerMBean.getCompactionHistory whose count too gives us a hint of
number of compacted tasks. But both have different values.
I guess CompactionMetrics.completedTasks is a better measure of completed
compactions.
