Since this is 2.2.4, I'm quite confident this is as duplicate of
CASSANDRA-10448 which was fixed on 2.2.5 by CASSANDRA-10961. Please reopen if
this is reproducible on 2.2.5+.

Replication Factor : 2 for DC1 and 1 for DC2.
CREATE KEYSPACE KEYSPACE_NAME WITH replication = {'class':
'NetworkTopologyStrategy', 'DC1': '2', 'DC2': '1'} AND durable_writes = true;
I was able to remove the node with 'removenode' but it left cluster
inconsistent and i had to perform a full repair on all keyspaces to fix that.

Already sent 0 files, 0 bytes total And it keeps on coming without any change.
