@lupesko Thanks for your comments. This PR still depends on another [PR
(348)](https://github.com/dmlc/mshadow/pull/348) in mshadow submodule.
Therefore, this PR cannot pass the CI until
[348](https://github.com/dmlc/mshadow/pull/348) is merged. I plan to address
all the required checklists in description when the dependency of this PR is
cleared. I have updated the title with [WIP]. I will also add unit test when it
is complete for CI.
