Description:
Navigate -> Go to File... does not (always) work as expected. Sometimes it
works, but often it does not find files which definitely exist. Same result
when removing the cache beforehand.
It works _much better_ in 8.x (also not always but much better).
(I ended up installing the plugin "Open File Fast"...)
