Then I manually start them all in the following sequence: sudo systemctl restart docker.service sudo docker start kms sudo /etc/init.d/tomcat3 start The mariadb service runs automatically as a managed service under the control panel. I always check to make sure it is available. I am running the service on a VPS. I did try telnet to that port on the VPS and the connection was refused. Checking the firewall manager, that port is not open. Please advise. Should I open it? TCP?
