If a normal user, with moderator rights giving these by Administrator
user, make a recording, drag it to white board and play it, when finish
the recording if try to play again pushing again the play button, then
can not play it. The Administrator no have this problem.
If the normal user close the video window and drag it again to w.b.
then can play it without problem...but only one time.
That is in FF103, Chrome 104, Yandex 22.7 and Safari 16.0
