YARN seems not to have junit as its runtime dependency today but I can see
junit jar under hadoop-tools due to hadoop-dynamometer-infra having compile
scope dependency on junit.

It might be harmless now because jars of hadoop-tools and its dependencies are
not on classpath without setting HADOOP_OPTIONAL_TOOLS. In addition,
dynamometer seems not to be using scripts under libexec/shellprofile.d/.
