Hi All, ( specially the dutch users ;-) )

Today the dutch government has send a test alert message[1], a cell

This is used to inform people about a major incident in a certain area.

Did any of the dutch people receive such a message?
 Do you have any info/logs/whatever?

 Kind regards,

Re: New Freerunner, factory image - Registering...

2008-07-16 Thread Jan de Haan
Hi Greg,

I had this too, when I first started it: it's also possible your sim's not
precisely in the right position and place. Check that the cut off corner
is on the gps antenna's side and that the metal part that's holding the
sim stays flat on it's own (you have to push it in the direction of the
'Neo' letters).

Sincerely,

Jan.

Did you get this resolved? I'm having the same experience right now.
 Still doing some testing though...

2008-07-07 Thread Jan de Haan
Hi Peter,

I got a status change on 2-7 and it arrived today. I've checked the
tracking at least twice a day since then, but it never changed from
no tracking available or such. But it did arrive today, I'm as happy
as my son on his first birthday ;-), I am looking at the first boot
right now.

Sincerely,

Jan.

Jan, did you get any tracking information on the order status page before
receiving it? I have ordered it from handheld-linux.com also, and the order
status page tells me it has been shipped, but also Tracking: data not yet
 available.

I'm mostly wondering if I should get my hopes up of getting it this week,
since I will go on vacation next week, would be sweet to bring it :)

Remember, Steve is still deciding what to include in the box. These are
just a bunch of stuff that fit, from which he is making decisions:

If someone with more skills than me at web page design would like to turn
this into a nice web page with thumbnails etc. I would welcome the
assistance. I have to get back to upgrading GTA01 firmware, testing GTA02
samples, and shipping all of these items. You don't need my permission -
download these photographs, they are direct copies of my originals, and
   create what you want.
