Re: 10 PACK UPDATE!!!
Ack. Every 10 pack, will come with a box of stuff. 10 pouches and 10 head sets. So if you join a group sales organization and buy with other people, then the 10 pack will include these extras. Sean and I are so happy with the way the community is coming together around this idea of group sales that it just made sense. ___ Openmoko community mailing list community@lists.openmoko.org http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community ___ Openmoko community mailing list community@lists.openmoko.org http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community
Re: Openmoko sounds, Motto
Actually, I'd say that GPL would be more correctly associated to free than open. It's a shame that free in english is primarily associated to free as in beer in this context, though, which causes all the controversy already discussed around Free your phone. I love that motto :'( On Tue, Apr 22, 2008 at 3:59 PM, steve [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Open. Mobile. Free. is the tagline It captures our culture. It sort of suggests a feeling of increased communication. Old phones have kept you closed off from accessing technology the way you want, whereas trying openmoko would let you out of such confines. I could see a slight downside if someone interpreted it as an order, like someone banging on your door, screaming it. It's all in the delivery though. Also since Openmoko allows users to turn their device into whatever they can dream of, something like: Open to interpretation might be another cool motto.
