Re: [Openmoko] No numbers on the keyboard?
2009/11/12 Åsmund Stavdahl smu...@gmail.com Hi folks, I just received my FreeRunner yesterday, and I have a problem: The keyboard that shows up when I am going to enter my PIN code only has lower-case letters! There is no shift/caps lock either... Is this just a missing basic feature, or have my technology insight failed me? I am still using the Om that came pre-installed (should I flash SHR?). Re: [SHR-U] Changing Libraries
2009/6/18 The Digital Pioneer digitalpion...@gmail.com Hey, I'm getting pretty ticked off with every E library changing names when I upgrade. It causes intone to stop working, and probably other apps I don't know about. Why can't we just stick with one naming scheme (such as libelementary.so.0) and ditch all this '-ver-pre-0.1-svn-whatever' stuff? It makes SHR-Unstable very... Unstable. :P In the mean time, I'm having to ditch intone in favor of canola. :\ -- Thanks, The Digital Pioneer http://n2.nabble.com/Problem-with-e-libs-in-shr-testing-tp2827327p2852835.html -- jahckal http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/authors/m/mitch_hedberg.html ___ Openmoko community mailing list community@lists.openmoko.org http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community
Re: Launcher/Home Page (alpha) Release 0.22
2009/6/7 c_c cchan...@yahoo.com Well, i've compiled this against SHR-Unstable. Hence the error and the effort required to link to e libraries. You'll need to upgrade to unstable - which BTW is not unstable for me - and I'm using the FR as my primary phone. e-libs are now *-ver-svn-02* in latest unstable, and launcher doesn't start. Would you build it, please, or should i make symlinks? -- jahckal http://www.brainyquote.com/quotes/authors/w/w_c_fields.html ___ Openmoko community mailing list community@lists.openmoko.org http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community
Re: Launcher/Home Page (alpha) Release 0.18
2009/6/2 c_c cchan...@yahoo.com Hi, Here's the latest version. http://n2.nabble.com/file/n3010896/launcher_0.20_arm.ipk launcher_0.20_arm.ipk Changes :- * Transparent Icons Thanks! * Toolbar Well, I need some feedback about whether the toolbar is better or should I go back to the hover drop down. Yes. I like it! Some issues thouhgts: 1) Utility has no icon 2) When i choose Uncategorized, toolbar is missing. Maybe ther are too many icons in this category, so toolbar is going down out of the screen? And no way to go back to other category - restart is necessary. 3) I've got to delete launcher.db made under 0.18 version. Otherwise it segfaults. 4) What do you think about possibility to attach one program to more than one category? I'd like to see terminal on every launcher screen :-) 5) What do you think about configurable size (height) of toolbar? Just Small, Medium, Large would be enough. 6) What do you think about configuration of categories order (not just alphabetic)? And thanks a lot for great job! -- jahckal ___ Openmoko community mailing list community@lists.openmoko.org http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community
