Annoyingly, no, not at the moment - at least not that I can find in OM/FSO/SHR repos. Primarily we need gst-plugin-flac (plus any dependencies) so gstreamer groks flac. Angstrom has that package but not for armv4, while they do have other flac libs for armv4 so I presume it's feasible.
