Re: QtMoko - updated build instructions
hi radek, I upgraded qtmoko with wheezy sources so I could give qmlviewer a try using the standard hello world example. If one starts QX and afterwards runs qmlviewer in the terminal the hello world example works just fine, but it is really really slow to load. Do you have an idea if this will be the general case or if it is just because it needs to be run on QX? Regarding wheezy, so far everything worked fine, but I do have the feeling that it has slowed down qtmoko especially when scrolling through the applications. regards robin ___ Openmoko community mailing list community@lists.openmoko.org http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community

Yes, qml and all new qt features should run there. I did not have time to test it except new webkit which looks great. does this mean that qml will run on qtmoko once it is based on qt 4.7. please excuse if this is a very stupid question, but I am just at the beginning to understand all the underlying concpets of how qtmoko is set up. best regards robin ___ Openmoko community mailing list community@lists.openmoko.org http://lists.openmoko.org/mailman/listinfo/community
